Jake Paul has revealed plans to transform his $40 million Georgia ranch into a private members club, complete with a landing strip and a race track.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer has never been shy about big purchases, from luxury cars to private jets. In 2025, he added two of his largest investments yet — a private jet he calls “Air Paul” and a sprawling ranch spanning more than 5,700 acres.
In a recent video on the Paul Family Ranch YouTube channel, Paul said he wants to build a private airstrip long enough to accommodate his jet, alongside a Formula-1-style race track winding through the property. He explained that the goal is to create a motorsport-focused community where members could live on-site, store their cars, and use the track whenever they choose.
Paul also shared plans to expand the experience beyond cars, adding off-road tracks for Polaris Razors and other recreational vehicles. According to him, the long-term vision is to turn the ranch into an exclusive club offering both luxury living and high-end motorsport amenities.
While the project is still in its early stages and no timeline has been confirmed, the announcement adds another ambitious chapter to Paul’s growing list of large-scale ventures.
