The once-exclusive $200 billion club is starting to feel outdated as AI-driven growth pushes tech leaders to new levels of wealth.

According to a recent report, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and Alphabet co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin are closing in on the $300 billion milestone, with each of their fortunes now exceeding $250 billion.

Alphabet’s stock surge — up 65% last year and another 4.5% so far this year — has played a major role in boosting Page and Brin’s net worth, fueled by strong investor confidence in the company’s AI strategy.

Bezos has also seen his wealth climb, rising from $239 billion at the start of 2025 to about $268 billion, driven by steady gains in Amazon shares over the past two years.

Bloomberg’s Billionaires Index shows Page and Brin ending the week with estimated net worths of roughly $281 billion and $261 billion. In 2025 alone, Page added about $101 billion and Brin $92 billion — second only to Elon Musk in annual gains — with both continuing to add billions more this year.

Musk remains in a league of his own. The Tesla and SpaceX CEO now holds an estimated $639 billion, after adding $165 billion last year as Tesla stock rose and SpaceX’s valuation more than doubled.

Together, their rise highlights how AI and tech innovation are reshaping the upper limits of personal wealth.
